Information regarding service disruption in our US datacenter

We are currently experiencing a service disruption in our US datacenter in St. Louis.

The connection to some of our customers’ servers has been disrupted since earlier today. Our network technicians have located the cause to a part of our datacenter and are working to mitigate the problem. We currently cannot rule out further disruption.

We expect to resume service within the next two hours and apologise for any inconvenience.

Our customer service staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have and inform you if your server has been affected by the disruption.

We will post an update as soon as we can rule out further disruption.
