Late Payment Charges Policy

This is to inform you that due to repeated delays in invoice payments, we are introducing a Late Payment Charges Policy, effective immediately.
Late Payment Charges:
If an invoice is not paid on or before the due date, a late payment charge will be applied as follows:

50% of the invoice amount, or
-
₹1,000 INR,
whichever is higher
These charges will be automatically added to overdue invoices and must be cleared along with the original invoice amount to continue or restore services.

Timely payments help us maintain service quality and uninterrupted support.

Services may be suspended or terminated if invoices remain unpaid along with applicable late charges.

Customers are strongly advised to ensure payments are made before the due date to avoid penalties.
