Dear Customers,
Please be informed that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is currently not mandatory for activating, renewing, or purchasing any service from HostMalabar Hosting Solutions.
However, KYC may become mandatory for both existing and new customers in the coming years. If KYC verification is required by the Government, regulatory authorities, or applicable laws, there will be no option to avoid the requirement, and customers will be required to complete the KYC process as instructed.
If KYC becomes mandatory, we will publish an official announcement on our Announcement Page and provide the necessary instructions and details to our customers.
Until then, no KYC is required for normal service activation, renewal, or purchase.
