Important KYC Update – KYC Now Mandatory

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform all our customers that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is now mandatory for all HostMalabar accounts, including both existing and new customers.
We have received instructions/notices from the concerned Government Authorities requiring us to implement KYC verification for our customers. Accordingly, HostMalabar is required to comply with these requirements.
KYC Mandatory From: 1st August 2026
Effective 1st August 2026, customers who have not completed the required KYC verification will not be eligible for certain account and service-related transactions.
For accounts where KYC has not been completed, we will not be able to process:

❌ Service Renewals

❌ New Registrations
-
❌ Service Activations
-
❌ Refunds
Customers are therefore requested to complete their KYC verification at the earliest to avoid any interruption or delay in accessing services or processing account-related requests.
⚠️ Important
This KYC requirement is being implemented in accordance with the instructions received from the concerned Government Authorities and is not an optional requirement introduced by HostMalabar.
Once KYC is completed and successfully verified, the applicable services and account-related transactions can be processed as per our normal procedures.
We request all customers who have not yet completed KYC to complete the verification as soon as possible.
