On the occasion of Onam, we would like to inform you that our offices will remain closed for the Onam holiday period starting 23rd August 2026.
Our offices are scheduled to reopen on 31st August 2026. However, due to the continuous holidays and reduced staff availability, our operations and support services may take some additional time to return to their normal capacity.
Support During the Holiday Period
Our support team will continue to monitor customer requests and tickets during this period. However, please expect delays in ticket responses, technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of non-critical issues due to limited staff availability.

We expect our services and support operations to gradually return to normal, with full normal operations expected after the first week of September 2026.
