Also, all information provided to us is visible by our technicians on an "as needed" basis only, they will only see the login to the server that you open the ticket for, they cannot see it at any other time nor browse through our login information database. Most importantly, we use all proprietary custom helpdesk software, we do not use any freeware/premade helpdesk that is available to the public like most other server management companies. By using proprietary custom helpdesk software that nobody else in the world has, this greatly increases the security because hackers can not get a copy of the helpdesk software to analyze the sourcecode for holes or test it for vulnerabilities.
