Reasons we lock Products/Services
The most common reasons for locking a product are:
- Non-payment
- Abuse
- Hosting phishing/malware/copyright infringing material, etc.
- Sending spam
- Network
- Attacks from your server
- Network scans from your server
- Incorrect network configuration
We lock servers for multiple reasons, including protecting our infrastructure, as a precautionary measure to prevent any possible further abuse and to protect the server owner.
Charges on Abuse Cases:
IP Blacklisted then we will charge $125 USD for remove IP from the blacklist and reactivation
IP Reactivate fee is $125 per incident
For Server Unlock, due to any abuse, we will charge a minimum amount of $150 for the first time and it will increase if its happens again on same server.
VPS Backup Restoration charges is $75 per restoration. [Includes the operating system]
if your hosting account is suspended for Spamming/Phishing on a shared Server then we will charge $125 for providing a backup of your account.
If your want to send thousands of emails then please do not choose us because of we do not support spamming on our servers, Really sorry!
